What is Samsung Maintenance mode?
According to Samsung, Maintenance mode creates a separate user account on the phone that hides personal data such as photos, messages and contacts during service. It needs One UI 5 or later and a screen lock. It is turned on from Settings > Device care > Maintenance mode or from the Samsung Members app. When it is turned off after the repair, apps and data created during service are removed.

What should you do with a swollen battery?
